摘要
教育部颁布的《普通高中音乐课程标准(2017年版2020年修订)》,将音乐学科核心素养凝练为审美感知、艺术体验、文化理解。基于课程标准要求,本文提出“核心素养”理念下高中音乐教师应该具备善于积极学习教育理论、了解最新教育动向,具备扎实的业务能力,储备广博的文化知识,提升教育科研能力等教学素养。
The subject core competencies for Music are referred to as aesthetic perception,artistic experience and cultural awareness in the Music Curriculum Standards for Senior Middle Schools(first published in 2017,this revised edition 2020)issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.The paper,based on the curriculum standards,proposes that music teachers from senior middle schools should qualify themselves for the teaching post by keeping themselves well-informed with the latest educational trends and relevant theories,possessing strong professional capacities and extensive cultural knowledge,and improving abilities for conducting teaching researches.
