高校图书馆读者服务部门管理工作研究

摘要 高校图书馆有多个工作职能部门,其科层制管理存在不少问题。仅从其中的读者服务部门来看,就存在着有些管理制度脱离实际、制度执行不太公正、工作量计算与考核方法不够科学、岗位晋升标准不够清晰等问题。究其原因,主要是部门管理者理念陈旧、思想觉悟不高、业绩考核机制不科学、岗位等级晋升标准不明确等。为此,应加强科学管理制度建设、强化公正管理、加强全员管理理论知识学习与运用等。 There are many functional departments in libraries of colleges and universities,and there are many problems in its bureaucratic management.Only from the perspective of the reader service department,there are some problems,such as some management systems are divorced from reality,the implementation of the system is not fair,the workload calculation and assessment methods are not scientific enough,and the post promotion standard is not clear enough.The main reasons are the outdated concept of department managers,low ideological awareness,unscientific performance appraisal mechanism,unclear post grade promotion standards and so on.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of scientific management system,strengthen fair management,and strengthen the learning and application of all staff management theoretical knowledge.
