虫媒病防控研究与卫勤保障 被引量:2

摘要 虫媒病不但是全球公共卫生问题,而且也是影响世界各国军队卫勤保障的重要问题。媒介生物的有效控制和叮咬防护手段的研制能从群体水平上控制和预防各种虫媒病的流行和传播,而针对具体虫媒病的特异性疫苗和药物的研制则能有效预防特定虫媒病的感染。虽然目前在媒介生物控制、驱避剂和疟疾疫苗研制等方面取得了显著的进展,但仍然缺乏安全、高效的虫媒病防控手段,有待于在基因驱动改造媒介生物种群、昆虫寻找宿主和机体抗虫媒病原体保护性免疫机制等方面展开深入研究。 Vector-borne diseases are not only global public health issues,but also a great concern to military medical support.Strategies to biologically control vector and prevent vector bites can protect population from infection with vector-borne diseases at community levels,and the development of effective vaccines and drugs could prevent the infection of a given important vector-borne disease.Although great progress has been achieved in the researches on vector control and repellents and malaria vaccine,highly effective measures to prevent vector-borne diseases are still lack.Therefore,it is still urgent to explore the underlying mechanism of genetic manipulation of vector populations by gene drive system,and host seeking by vectors,as well as host protective immune responses against major vector-borne diseases in the future.
