江苏省2017—2018年监测分离的588株食源性沙门菌血清分型与分子分型 被引量:5

Serological typing and molecular typing of 588 foodborne Salmonella isolates from 2017 to 2018 surveillance in Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的了解江苏地区食源性沙门菌的优势血清型和带型分布,分析主要血清型的同源性。方法对2017—2018年江苏省食源性疾病监测、暴发监测和食品污染物监测中分离到的588株沙门菌毒株,进行血清凝集和脉冲场凝胶电泳分型,并进行聚类图谱分析。结果588株沙门菌株,主要来自食源性疾病病例监测(530株,占90.1%),主要分离自粪便标本(440株,占74.8%),设区市中以苏州检出率最高(30.1%)。共检出53种血清型,以肠炎沙门菌(161株,占27.4%)和鼠伤寒沙门菌(107株,占18.2%)为优势血清型。肠炎沙门菌共分出30个带型,相似性系数47.7%~100.0%;优势带型为JSSMOXBA327(占27.3%)、JSSMOXBA333(占18.6%)、JSSMOXBA345(占16.1%)、JSSMOXBA329(占13.7%)。鼠伤寒沙门菌共分出53个带型,相似性系数53.2%~100.0%,优势带型为JSSMOXBA200(占16.8%)。结论江苏省肠炎沙门菌主要带型相对集中,暴发监测检出菌株带型一致。优势带型可能引起食源性疾病暴发,应密切关注并加强监测。 Objective To understand the distribution of dominant serotypes and band patterns of foodborne Salmonella in Jiangsu Province;to analyze the homology of main serotypes.Methods Salmonella isolates collected from foodborne disease surveillance,pathogenic survey and outbreak monitoring in 2017-2018 period were analyzed by serum agglutination and pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE),followed by cluster analysis.Results A total of 588 strains of Salmonella isolates were included in the study,mainly collected from foodborne disease surveillance(530 strains,accounted for 90.1%)and isolated from fecal specimens(440 strains,accounted for 74.8%);Suzhou City had the highest detection rate(30.1%).Totally 53 serotypes were identified,the S.Enteritidis(161 strains,accounted for 27.4%)and S.Typhimurium(107 strains,accounted for 18.2%)were the dominant serotypes in Jiangsu Province.There were 30 band patterns of S.Enteritidis,the similarity coefficient were from 47.7%to 100.0%;the dominant band patterns were JSSMOXBA327(accounted for 27.3%),JSSMOXBA333(accounted for 18.6%),JSSMOXBA345(accounted for 16.1%)and JSSMOXBA329(accounted for 13.7%).There were 53 band patterns of S.Typhimurium,the similarity coefficient were from 53.2%to 100.0%;the dominant band pattern was JSSMOXBA200(accounted for 16.8%).Conclusion The main band patterns of S.Enteritidis were relatively concentrated in Jiangsu Province.Salmonella strains isolated from outbreak monitoring showed same PFGE band pattern.The dominant band pattern may cause foodborne disease outbreaks,which requires close attention to and strengthened surveillance.
