江苏省新报告学生艾滋病病毒感染者性行为特征

The sexual behavior characteristics of newly reported HIV infected student patients in Jiangsu Province

目的分析江苏省学生艾滋病病例危险性行为特征,为在学生群体中开展艾滋病防治宣传和干预提供数据支持。方法从艾滋病防治基本信息系统中筛选出2020年1月—2021年2月江苏省学生HIV/AIDS病例,调查其HIV确证前性行为信息。同时对11例学生病例开展定性访谈。结果2020年1月—2021年2月,江苏省共报告186例学生HIV感染病例,以男性(占98.92%)、18~22岁(占81.18%)、汉族(占94.09%)、未婚(占98.92%)、本省户籍(占65.05%)、大学生(占59.68%)为主;感染途径均为性途径,以同性性途径为主(占94.09%)。男性HIV感染者中,年龄以18~22岁为主(占81.52%),同性性传播占95.11%。多性伴现象较为普遍,其中同性性伴数2~5个占51.70%、异性性伴数≥2个占53.85%。同性性行为安全套每次均用比例为19.89%,异性性行为安全套每次均用比例为34.62%。主要通过交友软件寻找同性性伴(92.05%),寻找异性性伴主要为线下(65.38%)。9.78%男性病例在确证前既有同性性行为,也有异性性行为。结论江苏省新发现感染HIV学生病例以男生为主,存在多性伴、安全套使用率低、同性性行为发生率高等高风险因素。

Objective To analyze the high risk sexual behavior characteristics of newly reported HIV infected student patients in Jiangsu Province;to provide data support for AIDS prevention publicity and intervention among students.Methods The HIV/AIDS student cases in Jiangsu Province reported from Jan 2020 to Feb 2021 were screened from the basic information system of AIDS prevention and treatment,whose sexual behavior characteristics were investigated before HIV confirmation.At the same time,11 student patients were subjected to qualitative interview.Results From Jan 2020 to Feb 2021,a total of 186 HIV/AIDS student cases were reported,mainly were male(accounted for 98.92%),aged from 18 to 22 years old(accounted for 81.18%),Han nationality(accounted for 94.09%),single(accounted for 98.92%),local registration in Jiangsu Province(accounted for 65.05%)and college students(accounted for 59.68%).The transmission routes were all sexual transmission,mainly were homosexual transmission(accounted for 94.09%).The male HIV infected students were mainly aged 18 to 22 years old(accounted for 81.52%),homosexual transmission accounted for 95.11%.The phenomenon of multiple sexual partners was common,the numbers of homosexual sexual partners and heterosexual sexual partners were mainly from 2 to 5(accounted for 51.70%)and at least 2(accounted for 53.85%).The condom use rate for every homosexual and heterosexual behavior was 19.89%and 34.62%.The homosexual and heterosexual partners were mainly found through dating software(accounted for 92.05%)and offline(accounted for 65.38%).Among the male subjects,9.78%had both homosexual and heterosexual behaviors before confirmation.Conclusion The newly reported HIV infection students in Jiangsu Province is mainly male,with high risk factors such as multiple sexual partners,low condom use rate and high incidence of homosexual behavoirs.
