积极老龄化视角下的农村养老问题研究

Research on Rural Pension Problems From the Perspective of Active Agin

中国老年化进程速度非常快,十九大指出“我国仍处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段的特征很大程度上表现在乡村”,党的十九届五中全会指出中国“实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略”。本文聚焦农村养老问题,通过走访等方式深入了解老人养老现状,得出农村存在经济基础薄弱、养老模式单一以及老人缺乏精神文化娱乐的问题,根据马斯洛需求层析理论对这些问题进行分析,从经济、养老模式及精神文化建设三个方面为完善乡村养老模式提出建议。

China's aging process is very fast,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee also pointed out that China"implements the national strategy of actively coping with the aging of the popu‐lation",and the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that"the characteristics that China is still in the pri‐mary stage of socialism and will remain in the long term are largely reflected in the rural areas".This paper focused on the rural pension problem,understanding of the old man needs by visit,it is concluded that prob‐lems exist in the village economic foundation is weak,lack of pension mode single and the old man spirit culture entertainment,according to maslow's demand level,some suggestions were put forward from follow‐ing aspects such as economic,pension mode and spiritual culture construction.
