轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理及医护人员防护

Nursing Care of Patients with Mild New Coronavirus Pneumonia and Protection of Medical Staff

目的分析轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理及医护人员防护。方法选取2020年1月~2021年5月新冠肺炎疫情下42例轻症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者及医院发热门诊医护人员75例作为实验组,普通门诊患者42例及医护人员75例作为对照组,对比两组医护人员的护理与防护措施及心理状态情况,进而探讨相关应对策略。结果护理后,实验组SAS(t=12.254,P=0.000)、SDS(t=20.254,P=0.000)评分低,P<0.05。实验组生理(t=32.032,P=0.000)、心理(t=15.181,P=0.000)评分高,P<0.05。结论良好的个人防护措施是提高医护人员与患者防护效果的关键所在,只有严谨的态度和严格的防控措施才能为患者提供良好护理条件,为护理人员提供更安全、舒适的工作环境,保证其精力状态良好。

Objective To analyze the nursing care and protection of medical staff for patients with mild new coronavirus pneumonia.Methods From January 2020 to May 2021,42 patients with mild new coronavirus pneumonia and75 medical staff in hospital fever clinics were selected as the experimental group,42 general outpatient patients and75 medical staff were selected as the control group.Comparing the nursing and protective measures and psychological status of the two groups of medical staff,and then discussing relevant coping strategies.Results After nursing,the SAS(t=12.254,P=0.000)and SDS(t=20.254,P=0.000)scores of the experimental group were low,P<0.05.The experimental group had high scores in physiology(t=32.032,P=0.000)and psychology(t=15.181,P=0.000),P<0.05.Discussion Good personal protection measures are the key to improve the protection of medical staff and patients.Only a rigorous attitude and strict prevention and control measures can provide patients with good care conditions,provide nurses with a safer and comfortable working environment,and ensure them in good spirit.
