紫苏梗储存时间对水分、含量测定影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Storage Time of Perillae Caulis on the Determination of Water and Content

目的比较研究不同产地紫苏梗水分及迷迭香酸含量,以及贮存时间对紫苏梗药材水分及迷迭香酸含量变化,以此来判断紫苏梗药材含量测定标准制定的合理性。方法采用HPLC法,用C18柱(推荐使用规格:4.6×250mm,5μm),以乙腈为流动相A,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(38∶62)为流动相,检测波长为330nm,柱温为30℃,流速1.0ml/min。结果不同产地的紫苏梗药材在规定的温湿度环境下对含量的影响较大,部分产地紫苏梗药材迷迭香酸含量偏低。结论通过对不同产地水分及迷迭香酸含量的考察,为采购提供依据。

Objective To research the effect on water content and rosmarinic acid content of Perillae Caulis which are from different habitats and changing the storage time for Perillae Caulis,to evaluate the rationality of content determination standard of Perillae Caulis.Methods The method adopted in this study is to perform elution by HPLC and C18(4.6×250 mm,5 um)column with methanol:0.1%phosphoric acid solution(38:62)as mobile phase.The results will be showed when the wavelength is 330 nm,column temperature is 30°C and flow rate is1.0 ml/min.Results The content of rosmarinic acid in Perillae Caulis from different habitats was greatly affected under the specified temperature and humidity,and the content of rosmarinic acid in Perillae Caulis from some producing habitats were low.Conclusion Through the investigation of water content and rosmarinic acid content in different habitats,it provides a basis for procurement.
