住院病案首页质量控制对DRGs分组的影响

Application Effect of Data Quality Control on the Front Page of Inpatient Medical Records

目的探究住院病案首页数据质量控制的应用效果,为住院管理水平的提高提供参考。方法2020年1~5月的500份视为对照组,行常规住院病案首页管理;2020年6~10月的500份视为观察组,对住院病案首页信息进行质量控制。比较两组的应用效果。结果在住院病案首页错误率方面,观察组的5.00%明显低于对照组的12.40%(P<0.05)。在门诊诊断、主要诊断、手术操作以及其他诊断各项住院病案首页信息错误率方面,观察组分别为1.20%、2.00%、1.00%、0.80%均显著低于对照组的3.00%、4.20%、2.80%、2.40%(P<0.05)。在总权重、DRGs组数、费用效率指数、时间效率指数以及综合分值等指标方面,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论住院病案首页信息质量控制的实施,降低了住院病案首页错误率,提高了DRGs绩效的评价水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of data quality control on the front page of inpatient medical records,and to provide reference for the improvement of inpatient management level.Methods 500 cases from January to May in 2020 were regarded as the control group,and routine home page management of inpatient medical records was carried out;500 cases from June to October in 2020 were regarded as the observation group,and the quality of home page information of inpatient medical records was controlled.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of the error rate of the first page of inpatient medical records,5.00% in the observation group was significantly lower than 12.40% in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of outpatient diagnosis,main diagnosis,operation and other diagnosis,the error rates of home page information of inpatient medical records in the observation group were 1.20%,2.00%,1.00% and 0.80% respectively,which were significantly lower than 3.00%,4.20%,2.80% and 2.40% in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of total weight,DRGs group number,cost efficiency index,time efficiency index and comprehensive score,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the information quality control of the front page of inpatient medical records can reduce the error rate of the front page of inpatient medical records and improve the performance evaluation level of DRGs.
