附加MTMD的大跨度桥悬臂推送架设竖向减振 被引量:1

摘要 针对装配式钢桁桥悬臂推送架设过程中跨度逐渐增大、结构振动加剧,应用调谐质量阻尼器(Tuned mass damper,TMD)进行减振控制又受到结构布置受限等问题,运用多重调谐质量阻尼器(Multiple tuned mass dampers,MTMD)来进行架设过程的减振控制。应用ANSYS软件建立了某型装配式钢桁桥的有限元模型,通过模态分析和谐响应分析确定了受控模态。用遗传算法对MTMD进行了参数设计和优化,分别对无控状态和有控状态进行瞬时动力分析。计算结果表明,在MTMD作用下该桥的动力振动响应得到了有效抑制。还分别研究了不同数量的TMD情况下其系统减振效果,并得到了随TMD数量变化的减振基本规律。 In the process of cantilever erection of prefabricated steel truss bridge,the span gradually increases and the structural vibration intensifies,but the vibration control using tuned mass dampers(TMD)is limited by the structural layout.So,multiple tuned mass dampers(MTMD)are used to reduce vibration control in erection process.This paper established the finite element model of a prefabricated steel truss bridge by using ANSYS and carried out model analysis and harmonic response analysis to determine the controlled mode.Then the parameters of MTMD were designed and optimized by genetic algorithm,and the instantaneous dynamic analysis was carried out for the uncontrolled state and the controlled state.The calculation results show that the dynamic vibration response of the bridge is effectively suppressed by MTMD.The paper also studied the effects of different numbers of TMD on the vibration attenuation of the system,and obtained basic laws of vibration attenuation with the change of TMD numbers.
