门盖系统与整车DTS关系研究

Research on the Relationship Between Door Cover System and Vehicle DTS

四门两盖在白车身上的装配间隙和段差是衡量一个车型外观品质的重要因素,尤其是正向开发车型,SE分析不到位、特殊公差分配不精确以及制造公差的累积,会造成门盖装配到白车身上时产生间隙和段差,从而影响到整车DTS的稳步提升。研究了影响精度提升的关键因素,有效快速地提升了DTS整体合格率,从而提高了整车外观品质和性能,制造出更好的车身。

The assembly clearance and segment difference of the four-door and two-cover on the BIW are important factors to measure the appearance quality of body assembly.Inadequate SE analysis,inaccurate distribution of special tolerances,and accumulation of manufacturing tolerances will cause the gap and segment difference when the door cover is assembled on the BIW,which will affect the steady improvement of the complete vehicle DTS,especially for the forward development models.The main purpose of this study is to find out the key factors affecting the improvement of accuracy,so as to effectively and quickly improve the overall qualification rate of DTS.Improve the appearance quality and performance of the complete vehicle.
