摘要
以典型塑件为例,阐述了模具设计中如何满足一种特殊要求的塑件,其主要通过前期模流分析,总体方案确定,成型方案确定等步骤来确定采用倒装模具结构设计,最终顺利地完成了此类塑件的生产要求。
This paper takes a typical sample as an example, how to meet a special requirement in mold design is described.It is mainly through the early mold flow analysis,overall scheme determination, molding scheme to determine steps to determine the use of inverted structure design. Finally, the production requirements of such samples were well completed.
