摘要
通过对辅助夹具的制造工艺流程的分析,在制造工艺工程师确定工件使用情况后,确定加工时的重点管控尺寸,再对工件结构进行分析,确定制造工艺流程。同时,充分考虑各个工序的加工能力与加工范围,充分考虑工件在流转时,各个工序之间基准正确的传递。一名优秀的制造工艺工程师编制的制造工艺流程不仅能减少加工周期、节约加工成本,同时也能使各个工序的加工设备利用率达到最大化。
In this paper, through the analysis of the manufacturing process flow of the auxiliary fixture, after the manufacturing process engineer determines the use of the workpiece, determine the key control size during processing, and then analyze the structure of the workpiece,determine the manufacturing process flow. At the same time, fully consider the processing capacity and processing range of each process, fully consider the workpiece in the flow, the correct transmission of the benchmark between each process. The manufacturing process flow compiled by an excellent manufacturing process engineer can not only reduce the processing cycle and save the processing cost, but also maximize the utilization rate of processing equipment in each process.
