牙周冲洗在中重度牙周病维护期的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察中重度牙周病患者在牙周维护期应用不同冲牙器的疗效。方法:选取我科中重度牙周病患者共160例,经过牙周基础治疗后,随机将患者分为4组,分别为A组:BASS刷牙组,B组:BASS刷牙+压力喷雾式冲牙器组,C组:BASS刷牙+脉冲式冲牙器组,D组:BASS刷牙+牙间隙刷组。比较B组、C组首次使用冲牙器时的疼痛指数。分别于维护期基线时、牙周维护1个月后、牙周维护3个月后,比较四组的牙周探诊深度、临床附着水平、菌斑指数以及出血指数。结果:B组疼痛指数高于C组。维护期1个月后,PD、CAL、PLI、BI四组间与基线时的差值比较无统计学意义。维护期3个月后,四组间PD、CAL值与基线时差值、A组与D组间的BI差值、B组与C组间的BI差值经比较无统计学意义,A组与B组间的PLI差值、A组与C组间的PLI差值均有统计学差异。结论:对于中重度牙周病患者来说,维护期应用冲牙器可抑制牙菌斑的形成,减少牙龈炎症,且脉冲式冲牙器较压力喷雾式冲牙器体验感更佳。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the application of different dental jets in the periodontal maintenance of moderate and severe periodontitis.Method:160 patients with moderate and severe periodontitis were randomly assigned into four groups after periodontal initial therapy:the manual tooth brushing group(group A),the pressure spray dental water jet plus manual tooth brushing group(group B),the pulse dental water jet plus manual tooth brushing group(group C),and the interdental brush plus manual tooth brushing group(group D).The pain index of group B and group C were compared when dental jets were first used.PD,CAL,PLI,BI were compared at the baseline of maintenance period,1 month and 3 months after maintenance.Results:The pain index of group B was higher than that of group C.After entering the maintenance period for 1 month,there was no statistical significance in four groups in PD,CAL,PLI and BI.After entering the maintenance period for 3 months,PD and CAL value of four groups between 3 months and maintenance baseline had no statistical significance;there was statistical significance between group A and group B,group A and group C in PLI between 3 months and maintenance baseline;there was no significant difference between group A and group D,also group B and group C in BI between 3 months and maintenance baseline.Conclusion:For moderate and severe periodontitis patients,the application of dental water jets can effectively inhibit dental plaque and gum inflammation in periodontal maintenance in short term,and the pulse dental water jet showed better feeling experience than the pressure spray dental water jet.
