电子对抗技术不断发展,目前已进入了认知对抗和策略对抗的层面。基于对电子对抗技术现状及未来发展方向的一种理解,提出了5种层级。区分电子对抗的不同层级,有助于分析对抗的技术特点、总结对抗规律,深刻理解国外电子对抗技术的最新发展,研究有针对性的技战术对抗措施,提高对抗效果。

Electronic countermeasures technology is developing,which has now entered the level of cogni-tive countermeasures and strategic countermeasures.Five levels of electronic countermeasures are given on the base of an understanding of the current situation and future development direction of electronic countermeasures technology.Distinguishing the different levels of electronic countermeasures helps to analyze the technical charac-teristics of countermeasures,summarize countermeasures laws,deeply understand the latest developments in for-eign electronic countermeasures technology,and study targeted technical and tactical countermeasures to improve the effect of confrontation.
