基于决策树的雷达辐射源关联方法

Radar emitter correlation method based on decision tree

雷达辐射源正确的关联能够避免雷达目标增批、漏批。有别于传统的雷达辐射源参数模板匹配关联方法,首先通过信息增益构建决策树,对雷达辐射源进行预分类,获取粗关联结果。然后根据分类结果获取相应特征参数向量权重及关联门限,得到不同类别雷达的特征参数向量关联规则,再根据不同的关联规则进行精细化关联处理以提升关联正确率。仿真结果表明,利用该方法雷达辐射源关联正确率高,而且鲁棒性好,具有良好的关联效果。

Correct correlation of radar emitters can avoid increasing or missing radar targets.Different from the traditional method of radar emitter parameter template matching correlation,the information gain is used to construct the decision tree,and the radar emitter is pre-classified to obtain the coarse correlation results.Then,according to the classification results,the weight of the corresponding feature parameter vector and the correlation threshold are obtained to acquire the association rules of the feature parameter vector of different types of radars.Fine association processing is carried out according to different association rules to improve the association accura-cy.The simulation results show that the accuracy of radar emitter correlation is high,the robustness is good and correlation effect is fine.
