情景式PBL教学在住培医师心电图实习带教中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨情景式PBL教学在住培医师心电图实习教学中的教学效果。方法选取2019年2月—2021年3月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院心血管内科规培轮转的100名住培医师作为研究对象,随机分为传统教学法组(对照组)及情景式PBL教学组(研究组),以心电图识图能力和调查问卷的方式分别对住培医生的心电图诊断能力和2种教学法进行评价。结果研究组住培医生心电图诊断能力明显优于对照组。情景式PBL教学显著提高提高心电图学习兴趣、住培学员分析及解决问题的能力、团队合作精神、创新能力及教学内容深度、广度。结论情景式PBL教学对提升住培医生的心电图的诊断能力、团队合作、自我分析及创新能力方面具有明显优势。 Objective To explore the effect of situational PBL teaching in electrocardiogram practice teaching for standardization training of residents.Methods 100 standardization training of residents were selected from February 2019 to March 2021 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.They were randomly divided into control group and situational PBL teaching group(study group).The ability of image recognition and comparative evaluation of both teaching methods were used to evaluate the teaching effects on the two groups.Results The electrocardiogram diagnosis ability of the study group was obviously better than that of the control group.Situational PBL teaching can significantly improve the learning interest of electrocardiogram,the ability of analyzing and solving problems,the spirit of teamwork,the ability of innovation,and the depth and breadth of teaching content.Conclusion Situational PBL teaching has obvious advantages in improving ECG diagnostic ability,team cooperation,self-analysis and innovation ability of resident and training doctors.
