摘要
目的系统评价针刺对胃癌术后患者胃肠道功能恢复的作用。方法计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、CBM、Pubmed、Embase和Cochrane Library数据库中有关针刺治疗胃癌术后的RCT文献。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7项RCT,共计483例患者。经Meta分析显示,针刺组在术后首次排气时间(MD=-19.82,95%CI=[-23.51,-16.13])和术后首次排便时间(MD=-17.13,95%CI=[-24.94,-9.31])上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法能促进胃癌术后患者的胃肠道功能恢复。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of acupuncture on gastrointestinal function recovery of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods The RCT literatures about acupuncture for postoperative gastric cancer in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library were retrieved.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 7 RCTs were included with a total of 483 patients.Meta-analysis showed that in the acupuncture treatment group,the first postoperative exhaust time(MD=-19.82,95%CI=[-23.51,-16.13])and the first postoperative defecation time(MD=-17.13,95%CI=[-24.94,-9.31])were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.
