参苓白术散合葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例

Shenling Baizhu Powder Combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction in Treating Ulcerative Colitis for 30 Cases

目的探讨参苓白术散合葛根芩连汤加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法60例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别给予口服参苓白术散合葛根芩连汤加减的中药煎剂和柳氮磺砒啶肠溶片,疗程均为3个月。观察2组用药后临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率达90%(27/30),明显高于对照组的80%(24/30)。结论参苓白术散合葛根芩连汤加减对慢性溃疡性结肠炎有显著的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Shenling Baizhu powder and Gegen Qinlian decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Sixty patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)which was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder and Gegen Qinlian decoction and control group(30 cases)which were applied with sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets.The treatment course of each group was 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%(27/30),significantly higher than that in the control group(80%,24/30).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder and Gegen Qinlian decoction has significant clinical efficacy on UC.
