半夏泻心汤联合西医治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATion on Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Western medicine in Treating Hp Positive Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者应用半夏泻心汤加减联合西医治疗的临床疗效。方法选取江西省于都县中医院2018年11月—2020年6月收治的60例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用西医联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗。2组均连续治疗1个月,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、Hp根除率及复发率。结果观察组临床总有效率96.67%(29/30)低于对照组73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃脘隐痛(1.02±0.08)分、恶心呕吐(0.95±0.12)分、心下痞满(0.79±0.06)分,低于对照组的(1.58±0.11)分、(1.62±0.14)分、(1.19±0.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Hp阳性胃溃疡患者应用半夏泻心汤加减联合西医治疗能改善患者临床症状,提高Hp清除率,降低复发率,增强整体治疗效果,利于患者预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer.Methods 60 HP positive gastric ulcer patients in Yudu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,HP eradication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%(29/30)which was higher than that of the control group(78.57%,22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group therapy after the diagnosis to home(1.02+0.08)points,nausea and vomiting(0.95±0.12)points,under the new heart full(0.79±0.06),which was lower than the control group(1.58±0.11),(1.62±0.14),(1.19±0.14)points,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of HP positive gastric ulcer can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the HP clearance rate,reduce the recurrence rate,enhance the overall treatment effect and benefit the prognosis of patients.
