参附汤治疗急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克临床观察

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Shenfu Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Cardiogenic Shock

目的观察参附汤治疗急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克的疗效。方法辽宁省东港市中医院2019年2月—2020年2月收治的60例急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者为本次研究对象,按照是否应用参附汤治疗将患者分为对照组(30例:未应用附汤治疗)与试验组(30例:应用参附汤治疗),比较2组患者治疗效果。结果试验组患者给药48 h后血压、心率等生命体征指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗1周后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)以及心输出量(CO)等心功能指标均优于对照组,明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗1周后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组给药期间心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者参附汤治疗可显著提升患者治疗效果。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenfu decoction on acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock.Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the application of Shenfu decoction,the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,no application of Shenfu decoction)and experimental group(30 cases,treated with Shenfu decoction).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 48h of administration,the blood pressure,heart rate and other vital signs of the experimental group were better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke output(SV),cardiac output(CO)and other cardiac function indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock.
