针刀结合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupotomy Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨针刀结合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法随机在2019年3月—2020年3月选择104例在安徽省亳州市接受治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者,将其随机进行分组,为观察组(52例)与对照组(52例),对照组采用单一的中医推拿治疗法,观察组则采用针刀结合推拿治疗法。对比2组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组治疗后临床的总有效率为96.15%(50/52),对照组治疗后临床的总有效率为76.92%(40/52),观察组临床的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上采用针刀结合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有着非常显著的效果,有效促进患者预后的恢复率,生活质量逐渐呈上升趋势,值得各大医院临床的借鉴与利用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupotomy combined with massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 104 patients with knee osteoarthritis in Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52)as the research sample.The control group was treated with single TCM Massage,while the observation group was treated with acupotomy combined with massage.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results the clinical total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.15%(50/52),and that of the control group was 76.92%(40/52).The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion knee osteoarthritis is a common disease in clinical practice.It has a very significant effect in clinical treatment with acupotomy combined with massage,which can effectively promote the recovery rate of patients’prognosis,and the quality of life is gradually on the rise,which is worthy of clinical reference and utilization in major hospitals.
