摘要
目的探究益肾补骨汤与椎弓根钉内固定术联合使用治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效与安全性。方法将阜新蒙古族自治县蒙医医院2018年3月—2019年12月临床确诊患有胸腰椎骨折的80例老年患者作为本次研究的主要对象,并将其采用随机的方法分为2组(观察组40例,对照组40例),对照组患者采用椎弓根钉内固定术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用益肾补骨汤联合治疗。结果观察组治疗2个月后的临床效果较对照组更好;观察组患者相关病状如腹胀、肿痛等的消失时间以及骨折痊愈所用时间较对照组更少;治疗后1周和1个月后观察组患者的血清IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α的水平较对照组更低;上述所有指标的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾补骨汤与椎弓根钉内固定术联合使用治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效较普通治疗方法的效果更好,安全性更高,有助于患者症状的缓解和身体的较快恢复。
Objective to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishen Bugu decoction combined with pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 80 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures from March 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups(40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group).The control group was treated with pedicle screw fixation.The observation group was treated with Yishen Bugu decoction on the basis of the treatment method used in the control group.The clinical effect and safety index of different treatment methods in the two groups Line comparison.Results The clinical effect of the observation group after two months was better than that of the control group.The time of disappearance and recovery of fracture symptoms in the observation group was less than that in the control group.The serum IL-2、IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group one week and one month after treatment.All the above indexes were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Bugu Decoction combined with pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar fractures has better clinical effect and higher safety than the common treatment,which is helpful Relief of symptoms and rapid recovery of the body.
