大豆HSP20基因的鉴定及表达分析

摘要 HSP20是一种小分子热激蛋白,在植物生长发育和抗胁迫过程中发挥重要作用。研究利用生物信息学方法对大豆中56个GmHSP20家族基因进行了鉴定,并对其理化性质、基因结构、进化关系、启动子原件以及表达模式进行了分析。56个家族基因分为11个亚族,分布在18条染色体上;氨基酸长度不一、分子量和等电点变化范围比较大;启动子原件分析发现含有植物胁迫相关的元件。基因表达模式显示:GmHSP20家族基因在种子发育第42天表达水平较高。此外,研究还发现GmHSP18.5A和GmHSP18.5B在大豆不同部位和各生长发育阶段都有表达且表达水平较高,具有相似的表达模式。 HSP20s are a series of small heat shock proteins,which plays an important role in plant growth,development and stress resistance.56 GmHSP20 genes in soybean were identified by bioinformatics,and their physical and chemical properties,gene structure,evolutionary relationship,promoter elements and expression patterns were analyzed.The results showed that 56 GmHSP20 genes were divided into 11 subfamilies,and were distributed on 18 chromosomes;the amino acid length,molecular weight and isoelectric point of the GmHSP20s were different;the promoter analysis showed that it contained elements related to abiotic stress;the expression level of GmHSP20 genes reached the peak on the 42nd day of seed development.GmHSP18.5A and GmHSP18.5B were high expressed in different parts and growth stages of soybean,with a similar expression pattern.
