摘要
甘蔗制糖原理与技术实验课程是食品科学与工程(制糖方向)专业的重要组成部分。文章对当前该课程在近年来教学实践中发现的问题进行剖析并提出合理的教学改革建议,尝试通过教材的更新、改变教学模式和完善课程考核方式等措施提高教学效果,以期推动为地方区域服务的应用型人才的培养。
Sugarcane sugar production principle and technology experiment was an important part of the professional course of food science and engineering(sugar).This paper analyzes the problems found in the teaching practice of this course in recent years and puts forward reasonable suggestions for teaching reform.It tried to improve the teaching effect by updating the teaching materials,changing the teaching mode and improving the course assessment method,so as to promote the cultivation of applied talents serving for local regions.
