摘要
基于2005—2019年湖南省13个地级市的面板数据,采用熵值法和耦合协调分析法对湖南省产业生态化水平和产业生态耦合协调度进行了评估,采用ArcGIS可视化湖南省产业生态化水平和产业生态耦合协调度,研究发现:湖南东部长沙市和株洲市的产业生态化水平和产业生态耦合协调度均处于较高水平,中部娄底市的产业生态化水平和产业生态耦合协调度均呈现下降趋势,西部张家界市和怀化市的产业生态化水平和产业生态耦合协调度均处于较低的水平,即湖南省产业生态化水平和产业生态耦合协调度呈现"东高西低"的格局。进一步考虑其驱动因素及空间溢出效应,发现经济发展水平和治污能力的提高可显著促进该市产业生态化水平的提高,但第三产业比重和全社会固定资产投资占GDP比重的增加显著不利于该市产业生态化水平的提高;该市外商直接投资和研发投入的增加会提高其他城市产业生态化水平。最后为提高湖南省产业生态化水平提出相关建议。
Based on the relevant data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province from 2005 to 2019,this paper uses entropy method and coupling coordination analysis method to evaluate the industrial ecologization level and the coupling coordination degree in Hunan Province.This paper uses ArcGIS to visualize the industrial ecologization level and the coupling coordination in Hunan Province.The research finds that the industrial ecologization and the industrial ecology coupling coordination degree in Changsha and Zhuzhou in eastern Hunan Province were at a high level,both the industrial ecologization and the industrial ecology coupling coordination degree in Loudi in the central Huan Province showed a trend of decline,and the industrial ecologization and the industrial ecology coupling cooridination degree in Zhangjiajie and Huaihua in western Hunan Province were at a low level.That is,the industrial ecologization and the industrial ecology coupling coordination degree in Hunan province are characterized by a pattern of "high in the east and low in the west".Further considering the driving factors and the spatial spillover effect of industrial ecologization level in the 13 cities in Hunan Province,we also found the improvement of the economic development level and the pollution treatment ability can significantly promote the city’s industrial ecologization,while the increase in the proportion of the tertiary industry and the whole society’s fixed asset investment as a share of GDP is unfavorable to the improvement of the city’s ecologization;the increase of foreign direct investment and R&D investment in the city will improve the industrial ecologization level in other cities.Finally,we propose suggestions on improving the industrial ecologization level in Hunan Province.
