摘要
[目的/意义]在复杂而多变的新时代背景下,结合知识生态学思想进一步深化和丰富智库联盟的相关理论体系,有助于确立多方联动的生态化协作机制,为提升智库研究的创新性和前瞻性提供新思路。[方法/过程]在明晰智库联盟知识生态系统组成要素与主要特征的基础上,由横向与纵向两个层面阐释知识生态位的功能关系,揭示知识生态链的层级结构,由此构建基于知识生态位的智库联盟知识生态系统演化矩阵,并运用DICE模型剖析其内在运行机理,借此展现智库联盟知识生态系统的生成逻辑,进而结合阿里研究院予以实例验证。[结果/结论]智库联盟知识生态系统的演化经历了形成、发展、成熟及转化等阶段,分布、互动、竞争及演化等知识生态模式诠释了智库联盟的运行机理,据此为智库联盟知识生态系统的建设发展提出建议。
[Purpose/significance] In the context of the complex and changeable new era, the integration of knowledge ecology to deepen and enrich the relevant theoretical system of think tank alliances will help establish a multi-party ecological cooperation mechanism and provide new ideas for improving the innovation and forward-looking of think tank research.[Method/process] On the basis of clarifying the constituent elements and main characteristics of the knowledge ecosystem in think tank alliances, the functional relationship of the knowledge niche is explained from the horizontal and vertical levels, and the hierarchical structure of the knowledge ecological chain is revealed.The evolution matrix of the knowledge ecosystem in think tank alliances based on the knowledge niche is analyzed, and the DICE model is used to analyze its internal operation mechanism.In this way, the generation logic of the knowledge ecosystem in think tank alliances can be demonstrated, and then an example is given to verify it by combining with AliResearch.[Result/conclusion] The evolution of the knowledge ecosystem in think tank alliances has gone through the stages of formation, development, maturity and transformation.The operational mechanism of the think tank alliances is explained by the knowledge ecological models of distribution, interaction, competition and evolution.Based on this, some suggestions are put forward for the construction and development of the knowledge ecosystem in think tank alliances.
