摘要
[目的/意义]高校机构知识库作为高校服务科研的重要平台,建设必须以用户为中心,通过服务创新实践,寻找其服务创新优化的实现路径,为高校机构知识库的建设提供理论支持和借鉴。[方法/过程]在服务逻辑视角下,分析高校机构知识库服务理念,架构出基于服务逻辑的服务创新模式,并从服务主导逻辑的参与者、资源、服务、价值和制度这5个核心要素出发,提出高校机构知识库实现服务创新优化的实现路径。[结果/结论]在高校机构知识库的服务创新过程中,要以用户需求为导向,在技术、资源和制度的保障下,提升服务水平,实现用户与机构知识库的价值共创过程。
[Purpose/significance] As an important platform to serve scientific research in colleges and universities, the construction of institutional repository in colleges and universities must be user-centered.Through the practice of service innovation, we can find the realization path of its service innovation optimization, and provide theoretical support and reference for the construction of institutional repository in colleges and universities.[Method/process] From the perspective of service logic, this paper analyzes the service concept of institutional repository in colleges and universities, constructs a service innovation mode based on service logic, and puts forward the realization path of service innovation optimization of institutional repository in colleges and universities from the five core elements of service leading logic: participant, resource, service, value and system.[Result/conclusion] In the process of service innovation of institutional repository in colleges and universities, it is necessary to take the user’s needs as the guidance, improve the service level under the protection of technology, resources and system, and realize the value co creation process of users and institutional repository.
