土地的伦理学释义及我国黑土治理演进中的伦理显现

Interpretation of Land Ethics and Ethical Appearance in the Evolution of Black Soil Governance in China

土地问题是关乎人类可持续发展的根本问题,解决的关键在于伦理观念的释义、行为规范的操守和法律法规的实践。土地伦理是一个旨在提倡人类与自然和谐共处的伦理观念,只有树立正确土地伦理观念、遵守土地伦理规范,才能从根本上解决人地矛盾问题。文章从土地伦理观视角,系统性地介绍了土地伦理及我国黑土地治理中的伦理导入,开展了土地问题的伦理学释义,讨论了土地伦理与黑土地治理之间的关系,通过土地伦理与黑土地治理的演绎,给出有关黑土地治理的政策建议。

Land issue is a fundamental issue related to human sustainable development, and the key to solving it lies in the interpretation of ethical concepts, the conduct of behavioral norms and the practice of laws and regulations. Land Ethics is an ethical concept aimed at promoting the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature. Only by establishing the correct concept of land ethics and complying with the norms of land ethics can we fundamentally solve the contradiction between people and land. From the perspective of land ethics, this paper systematically introduces the concept of land ethics and the status quo of black land governance, carries out the ethical interpretation of land issues, and discusses the relationship between land ethics and black land governance. Through the perfect deduction of land ethics and black land governance, policy suggestions on black land governance are obtained.
