两种复合酶对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of two kinds of enzyme on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens

摘要 为研究两种复合酶对产蛋后期蛋鸡生长性能、蛋品质及血液生化指标的影响,试验采取单因素试验设计,选用540只60周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加两种复合酶,其中复合酶Ⅰ主要由糖化酶和蛋白酶组成,复合酶Ⅱ为复合酶Ⅰ+普鲁兰酶。试验周期为60 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加复合酶Ⅰ后,蛋鸡料蛋比降低了18.6%(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白蛋白和血糖的含量分别降低44.8%、27.1%和21.6%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加复合酶Ⅱ后,鸡蛋的蛋白高度和哈氏单位分别提高15.4%和8.3%(P<0.05),血糖含量降低17.1%(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加复合酶Ⅰ对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能的影响优于复合酶Ⅱ。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of two complex enzymes on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of hens in late laying period.In this experiment,a total of 540 Hy-line brown layers of 60-week-old were randomly divided into three groups,six replicates in each group and 30 chickens in each replicate.The hens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the hens in the experimental groups were fed two kinds of complex enzymes on the basis of the control diet,respectively.The enzymeⅠcomposed of glucoamylase and protease,and the enzymeⅡwas the enzymeⅠ+pullulanase.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the supplementation of complex enzymeⅠsignificantly decreased the ratio of feed to egg and the contents of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol,albumin and glucose(P<0.05);the inclusion of complex enzymeⅡincreased the albumen height and haugh unit(P<0.05),and decreased the level of the serum glucose(P<0.05);The albumen height and haugh unit of hens in enzymeⅡgroup were significantly higher than those of hens in enzymeⅠgroup.In conclusion,effect of enzymeⅠon the performance of hens in later laying stage was better than that of enzymeⅡ.
