不同铁源对新西兰肉兔生长性能、血清指标及组织器官铁沉积的影响 被引量:2

Effect of different iron sources on growth performance,serum indexes,tissue and organ iron accumulations in New Zealand meat rabbits

摘要 为研究饲粮中添加硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁络合物和氨基酸铁络合物对新西兰肉兔生长性能、血清免疫和抗氧化指标及肝脏和肾脏铁沉积的影响,试验选用35日龄断奶、体重相近的新西兰肉兔192只,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复6只兔。对照组铁源及水平为一水硫酸亚铁100 mg/kg,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组铁源及水平分别为富马酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁络合物和氨基酸铁络合物100 mg/kg。试验预试期7 d,正试期49 d。结果表明:(1)试验Ⅰ组肉兔平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于对照组14.90%和4.69%(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组8.78%(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组肉兔平均日增重显著高于对照组11.07%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组肉兔平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅱ组11.21%(P<0.05)。(2)试验Ⅰ组肉兔血清溶菌酶和超氧化物歧化酶含量显著高于对照组85.25%和8.84%(P<0.05)。(3)试验Ⅰ组肉兔肝脏铁含量显著高于对照组18.42%(P<0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,在新西兰肉兔饲粮中添加100 mg/kg富马酸亚铁形式的铁,更有利于提高生长性能、增强免疫和抗氧化功能及增加肝脏铁沉积。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of diet added with ferrous sulfate,ferrous fumarate,ferric glycine complex and iron-amino acid complex on growth performance,serum immune and antioxidant indexes,liver and kidney iron accumulations in New Zealand meat rabbits.A total of 192 New Zealand meat rabbits aged 35 days and the similar body weight were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 6 rabbits per replicate.The iron source and level of the control group was 100 mg/kg ferrous sulfate,while test groupⅠ,test groupⅡand test groupⅢwere 100 mg/kg ferrous fumarate,ferric glycine complex and iron-amino acid complex,respectively.Pre-trial period was 7 days,and formal experiment period was 49 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the average daily gain and average daily feed intake in test groupⅠwere increased by 14.90%(P<0.05)and 4.69%(P<0.05),respectively,and the feed to weight ratio was decreased by 8.78%(P<0.05).The average daily gain of test groupⅢwas increased by 11.07%(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of test groupⅠwas 11.21%higher(P<0.05)than that of test groupⅡ.(2)Compared with the control group,the contents of serum lysozyme and superoxide dismutase in test groupⅠwere increased by 85.25%(P<0.05)and 8.84%(P<0.05),respectively.(3)Compared with the control group,liver iron accumulation in test groupⅠwas increased by 18.42%(P<0.05).In summary,under this experimental condition,supplementation with 100 mg/kg iron as ferrous fumarate could improve growth performance,enhance immune and antioxidant functions and increase liver iron accumulation in New Zealand meat rabbits.
