公立医院科技成果转化的经济管理问题与对策

Economic Management Problems and Countermeasures of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Public Hospitals

目的:促进公立医院科技成果转化的机制体制创新,确保转化工作高质量、可持续发展。方法:文章运用关联对照法和典型案例法对公立医院科技成果转化进行研究。结果:文章梳理科技成果转化中普遍存在的6类经济管理问题,提出管理对策和方法。结论:公立医院应根据自身科技投入和成果转化的特点,建立经济管理机制体制和制度,激发员工创新转化的积极性,持续提升转化工作的规范性和高效性,平衡好医院、团队及其他员工等多方利益,使公立医院的科技创新和转化工作行稳致远。

Objective:It focus on promoting the strategical innovation in commercialization of research findings in public hospital,with the aim of high quality and sustainable development.Methods:Comparative and case-based learning methods are applied.Results:Six generic loopholes in financial management during intellectual property commercialization are summarized to find the preventive solutions accordingly.Conclusion:A personalized financial management strategy should be developed based on its own research investment intensity and characteristics of commercialization.It is necessary for creating an intellectual property commercialization friendly environment,and also critical for promoting the fast and steady development of scientific innovation and commercialization with mutual interests among hospitals,groups and other staffs.
