基于Cimatron软件的铸造模具修改工艺研究

摘要 结合生产实际,分析了各类铸造模具的失效形式,并根据工作性质、失效形式及修改要求,进行铸造模具分类。基于Cimatron软件进行模具的快速编程加工,在理论研究的基础上,结合具体的铸造模具修改实例,综合分析了各类铸造模具的修改工艺,为各类铸造模具的快速修改提供综合解决方案。最后指出:镶块修改法和镶块分层修改法可以分别解决由于设计缺陷导致的模具大面积改型修改和狭窄深型腔修改问题,涂AB胶或胶粘3D打印模型修改法可以解决模具临时改型验证性修改问题,各类铸造模具修改的综合解决方法可以提高模具修改效率,从而保证铸造模具的可靠性和准确性,提高模具的使用寿命。 Combined with the actual production situation,the failure form of various foundry pattern toolings was analyzed,and the foundry pattern toolings were classified according to the working nature,failure form and modification requirements.The rapid programming processing of pattern toolings was conducted based on Cimatron software,on the basis of theoretical research and combined with the pattern toolings modification example,the modification process of various pattern toolings was comprehensively analyzed,the comprehensive solution for the rapid modification of pattern toolings was provided.Finally,it was pointed out that insert modification method and insert layering modification method could solve the problems of large area toolings modification and narrow deep cavity modification due to design defects respectively,apply AB glue or adhesive 3D printing pattern modification method could solve the mold temporary modifying verification modification problem,the comprehensive solution of various foundry pattern toolings modifications could improve the toolings modification efficiency,thus to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the foundry tooling,and improve the service life of the toolings.
