摘要
介绍了桁架机器人在3D打印在组芯和砂芯清理中的集成自动应用,在成型智能单元系统的控制下,可以高效、精准、安全地完成砂芯的自动抓取、吹砂、浸涂、烘干、入库、组芯6道工序,实现砂芯全周期的自动生产、绿色生产和智能生产。通过生产实际验证,与人工配合吊车的传统方式相比,桁架机器人的应用解决了3D打印砂芯清理和组芯环节自动生产的难题,降低了操作者的高强度劳动,确保了砂芯清理过程中的质量,保障了砂芯组芯的精度,提高了生产效率和生产质量。
The integrated automatic applications of the truss robot in 3D printing cores assembly and sand cores cleaning was introduced.Under the control of the forming intelligent unit system,it was possible to high-efficiently,accurately,and safely complete 6 procedures including automatic grasp of the sand core,sand blowing,dip-coating,drying,putting in storage and cores assembling to realize full cycle of automatic production of sand cores green and intelligent production.Through production actual verification,compared with the traditional way of artificial plus crane,the application of truss robot solved the difficult problem of 3D printing sand core cleaning and cores assembling automatic production,decreased the intense labor of the operator,ensured the quality of sand cores cleaning,guaranteed the accuracy of sand cores assembling,elevated productivity and production quality.
