摘要
有效减少矿工不安全行为的发生对于降低煤矿安全事故的发生、提升煤矿安全管理水平具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。通过分析矿工不安全行为的影响因素以及影响因素之间的关系,建立系统动力学模型并进行仿真模拟。结果表明:工作压力对不安全行为的促进作用大于工作倦怠;示范性规范行为水平以及安全文化建设水平、组织安全氛围水平以及情绪领导力水平对矿工不安全行为水平的抑制作用效果明显,且抑制作用程度依次为:示范性规范行为水平>安全文化建设水平>组织安全氛围水平>情绪领导力水平。
In order to reduce the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents and the occurrence of miners’unsafe behaviors,improving coal mine safety is a specific and urgent requirement in the coal mine field at this stage.This paper establishes a system kinetic model by analyzing the influencing factors of miner’s insecurity behavior and the relationship between influencing factors.Simulation by VENSIM software,the results show that the promotion of working pressure on unsafe behavior is greater than working burnout;the level of demonstration standards,the level of safety and cultural construction,the level of organizational safety,and the level of emotional leadership level on miners are unsafe behaviors.The effect of inhibitory effect is obvious,and the degree of inhibitory is in turn:the level of demonstrative specifications>Safety culture construction level>Organizational security atmosphere level>Emotional leadership level.
