离型纸在三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板生产中应用探究

探索不同纹理的离型纸在三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板生产中的应用,通过选用匹配的压贴设备、调整压贴参数,研究其加工可行性。研究结果表明,离型纸可用于压贴三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板,并且展现出钢模板无法实现的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。

The application of release paper with different textures on surface decorated wood-based panels with melamine were explored.The feasibility of processing were studied by selecting matching pressing equipment and adjusting pressing parameters.The results showed that the release paper pressing showed the better effects than steel template,and it had broad application prospects.
