真空处理对刨花板气味改善的初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Odor Optimization of Particleboard by Vacuum Treatment

以厚度为18 mm的刨花板和双面饰面刨花板为研究对象,分析不同真空处理条件对板件气味改善的作用。研究结果表明,在本试验条件下,按“常温-真空度10 mbar-循环40次”参数进行抽真空处理,对双面饰面刨花板的气味有较好的改善效果,对刨花板素板则无显著效果,其原因和影响规律还有待进一步研究。

Taking 18 mm particleboard and double-decorated particleboard as the research objects,the effects of different vacuum treatment conditions on the odor of the panels were analyzed.The results showed that vacum treatment of the"normal temperaturevacuum degree 10 mbar-cycle 40 times"could improve the odor of double-decorated particleboard,but there was no significant difference on the particleboard.The reason and influence rules need to be further studied.
