长玻纤增强聚丙烯在汽车翼子板上的应用 被引量:3

摘要 对不同玻纤质量分数的LFT-PP粒料国标注塑样条,进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击等性能测试分析,结果表明:玻纤试样的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及冲击强度均随玻纤质量分数的增加而提高;样品断裂延伸率随玻纤质量分数变化不明显,弯曲挠度随玻纤质量分数增加而减小;其中质量分数40%的玻纤试样拉伸强度达到145 MPa,弯曲强度高达170 MPa,简支梁缺口冲击强度为27 kJ/m^(2),表现出优异的力学性能。将质量分数40%玻纤的长纤粒料注塑成汽车翼子板制件,制品通过了汽车塑料制品各项测试并完成装配。 The tensile,bending and impact properties of LFT-PP injection-molded samples with different glass fiber mass fraction were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength increased with the increase of glass fiber mass fraction,but the elongation at fracture of the samples did not change obviously with the increase of the glass fiber mass fraction,and the bending deflection decreased with the increase of the glass fiber mass fraction.Among them,the samples with 40%glass fiber reached a tensile strength of 145 MPa,a bending strength of 170 MPa,and a notched Charpy impact strength of 27 kJ/m^(2),showing excellent mechanical properties.The LFT-PP with 40%mass fraction glass fiber was molded into automobile front fender parts,which passed various tests for automobile plastic products and completed assembly.
