摘要 采用真空灌注工艺制备了某大型玻璃纤维增强复合材料绝缘筒全尺寸试件,基于有限元分析建立了绝缘筒试验结构等比例模型,并对绝缘筒及试验辅件(金属封头、紧固件)进行静力学分析,探讨了绝缘筒、金属封头及紧固件应力分布情况,同时,根据客户要求设计了绝缘筒水压试验方案,验证了该型复合材料绝缘筒的承载能力。结果表明:设计、建立的复合材料构件及试验辅件模型的受力与形变符合预定要求,经整筒水压试验验证,构件能够满足承受1.5 MPa内压的要求且未被破坏,绝缘筒整体设计较为合理。 A full-size specimen of a type of glass fiber reinforced composite insulating cylinder was prepared by vacuum infusion process,and based on finite element analysis,an equivalent scale model of insulating cylinder test structure was established.The static analysis of the insulating cylinder and test accessories(metal head,fasteners)was carried out,and the stress distribution of insulating cylinder,metal head and fasteners were studied.At the same time,the hydraulic test scheme for the insulating cylinder was designed according to the customer's requirements,and the bearing capacity of this type of composite insulation cylinder was verified.The results showed that the stress and deformation of the established model of composite components and test accessories conformed to the predetermined requirements.As shown in the hydraulic test of the whole cylinder,the components could meet the requirement of bearing 1.5 MPa internal pressure and were not destroyed,proving that the overall design of the insulating cylinder was reasonable.
