固化程度对玻纤层合板与涂层界面性能的影响

摘要 针对风力发电叶片外表面部分区域,考察手糊玻纤层合板(玻璃钢板)的不同固化程度对手糊玻璃钢板与修型腻子界面附着力的影响,保证叶片涂层与基材有良好的附着力,保证使用中涂层安全。玻璃钢板的固化程度用Tg表征,制备不同Tg(40.6℃、54.5℃、59.9℃、70.4℃)玻璃钢板,考察玻璃钢板的Tg值对界面附着力的影响,实验结果表明:Tg为40.6℃、54.5℃、59.9℃、70.4℃的玻璃钢板,制品邵氏硬度没有明显差别,对玻璃钢板/修型腻子界面附着力亦无显著影响。 A part of outer surface of the wind turbine blade was strengthened by hand lay-up process,and the strengthened area needed a coat of putty before the subsequent coating of the blade.The interface bonding performance of the hand laid-up glass fiber laminate(GRP laminate)and the putty would determine the safety of the subsequent coating.Investigating the influences of different curing degrees of the GRP laminate on the interfacial adhesion of the GRP laminate and the putty can ensure the good adhesion between the blade coating and the substrate,and the safety of the coating in use.The curing degree of the GRP laminate was characterized by Tg.GRP laminates with different Tg(40.6℃,54.5℃,59.9℃,70.4℃)were prepared,and the influences of different Tg values of GRP laminates on the interfacial adhesion were investigated.The test results showed that there were no obvious differences in Shore hardness of the end products using different GRP laminates(with 40.6℃,54.5℃,59.9℃,70.4℃Tg values),and there were no significant influences on the interfacial adhesion between the GRP laminate and the putty.
