摘要
针对采用纺织增强型浸润剂的原丝,对积极式退解捻线机生产薄型织物用纱工艺进行了技术探讨,合理设计了纱线成型卷绕工艺,开展实验研究,得出了符合成型工艺要求的捻线工艺参数,解决了单纤维直径9μm及以下薄型织物专用玻璃纤维易折断、不耐磨损、原丝光滑易打滑难抱合等纺织增强型原丝存在的特殊性难题,实现了积极式捻线机批量退解的目的,为薄型织物的生产提供了高质量的纱线。
For glass strands using textile plastic size,this paper explores the technology of producing yarns for weaving thin fabrics by using positive unwinding type twisters with a reasonable yarn forming and winding process.The experiment and research have obtained twisting process parameters meeting the requirements of forming and winding process,solved the special problems with this kind of strands consisting of≯9μm filaments and dedicated for weaving thin fabrics,such as,ease to break,poor resistance to abrasion,strand slippage and poor integrity,and realized the advantageous unwinding by this type of twister,thus providing high quality yarns for producing thin fabrics.
