康复新液联合益生菌对化疗相关性腹泻的防治作用

Prevention and treatment of Kangfuxin liquid combined with probiotics on chemotherapy-related diarrhea

目的:探讨康复新液联合益生菌对化疗相关性腹泻(CID)的防治作用。方法:选择2017年1月—2018年12月行化疗的CID患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。两组患者均给予含伊立替康方案化疗,化疗期间给予护肝、止吐、胃黏膜保护、维持水电解质平衡和预防感染等对症支持治疗。对照组在上述治疗基础上给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组则在上述治疗基础上给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合康复新液治疗。比较两组患者的腹泻发生情况、CID分级和卡氏(KPS)功能状态评分。结果:观察组腹泻发生率及用药后2级、3级腹泻率明显低于对照组,用药后2周KPS评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合益生菌治疗CID临床效果显著,能有效缓解患者的腹泻程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with probiotics on the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related diarrhea(CID).Methods:All 84 patients with CID who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomLy divided into a study group and a control group,42 cases each.Patients in both groups were given irinotecan-containing chemotherapy.During the chemotherapy,they received symptomatic supportive treatments such as liver protection,antiemetic,gastric mucosal protection,maintenance of water-electrolyte balance,and prevention of infection.The control group was given Bifidobacterium quadruple live tablets on the basis of the above treatment,while the research group was given Bifidobacterium quadruple live tablets on the basis of the above treatment.The occurrence of diarrhea,CID classification and Karnofsky(KPS) functional status score of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of diarrhea in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the rates of grade 2 and grade 3 diarrhea in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the KPS score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the 2 weeks after treatment control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxinye combined with probiotics has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of CID,which can effectively relieve the diarrhea of patients.
