摘要
目的:探讨移动智能化的脑电生物反馈对精神分裂症患者焦虑情绪和脑电的影响。方法:前瞻性收集精神分裂症患者92例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予日常康复和心理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予脑电生物反馈干预。比较干预前后两组患者焦虑状态和脑电的变化。结果:干预前,两组患者α波、β_(2)波、θ波、α/θ值和焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,与对照组比较,观察组脑电β_(2)波和θ波降低,α/θ值和α波增高,焦虑评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:移动智能化脑电生物反馈干预可改善精神分裂症患者的焦虑状态,其穿戴智能化,可以作为一种广泛的、个体化的、人力依赖度低的辅助方法。
Objective:To explore the influence of mobile intelligent electroencephalogram biofeedback on anxiety and electroencephalogram of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A prospective collection of 92 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital was divided into study group and control group.The control group was given daily rehabilitation and psychological intervention,and the study group was given electroencephalogram biofeedback intervention on this basis.The anxiety state and electroencephalogram changes of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in α wave,β_(2) wave,θ wave,α/θ ratio and anxiety score(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group’s β_(2) wave and θ wave decreased,the α/θ value and α wave increased,and the anxiety score decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mobile intelligent electroencephalogram biofeedback intervention can reduce the anxiety associated with schizophrenia.Because of its wearable intelligence,it can be an auxiliary approach used as a widely individualized and low-manpower intervention for anxiety associated with schizophrenia.
