摘要
目的:评价分析思维导图在高职护生基础护理教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2019级两个班的高职护生为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统教学模式授课,观察组采用思维导图教学模式授课。比较两组的期末考核成绩、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力以及观察组护生对思维导图教学模式的接受度。结果:观察组的期末考试成绩、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组88.71%的护生喜欢思维导图的教学模式,且大部分(70.97%以上)护生认可思维导图的优势;25.81%的护生认为制作思维导图很浪费时间;12.90%的护生认为绘制思维导图较难,希望老师在课堂中直接展示关键词。结论:思维导图有助于提高学生自主学习能力,培养评判性思维能力,提高基础护理的教学效果。
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the effect of mind mapping in basic nursing teaching for nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Methods:Two classes of 2019 nursing students in college were randomly selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group.The control group used traditional teaching mode,and the observation group used mind mapping in teaching.The final examination scores,autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability,and the acceptance of mind mapping teaching mode of nursing students in the experimental group were compared between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of teaching,the observation group’s final exam scores,autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).88.71% of nursing students in the observation group liked the teaching mode of mind mapping,and most of them(more than 70.97%) recognized the advantages of mind mapping.25.81% of nursing students thought it was time-consuming to make mind maps.12.90% of nursing students thought it was difficult to draw mind maps and hoped teachers could show keywords directly in class.Conclusion:Mind mapping is helpful to improve students’ independent learning ability,cultivate critical thinking ability,and improve the teaching effect of basic nursing.
