以结局为导向的协同优化护理模式在糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒患者中的实践研究

目的:探讨以结局为导向的协同优化护理模式在糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果。方法:按随机数表法将2018年1月—2020年12月收治的糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒患者80例分为观察组(41例)和对照组(39例)。对照组进行常规护理,观察组接受以结局为导向的协同优化护理模式。观察并比较两组住院时间、症状缓解时间、酮体转阴时间、心理状况、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组住院时间、症状缓解时间、酮体转阴时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后生理功能、总体健康、社会功能、精神健康、精力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒患者实施以结局为导向的协同优化护理模式具有良好护理效果,可以明显改善患者生活质量,促进康复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of outcome-oriented collaborative optimized nursing model in patients with diabetes and ketoacidosis.Methods:All 80 patients with diabetes and ketoacidosis admitted to the hospital were enrolled in this study between January 2018 and December 2020.They were divided into observation group(41 cases) and control group(39 cases) by random number table method.Control group received routine nursing,and observation group received outcome-oriented collaborative optimized nursing.Hospital stay,symptom relief time,time of ketone bodies turning negative,psychological status,quality of life,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospital stay,symptom relief time,time of ketone bodies turning negative of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,observation group had lower self-rating anxiety scal(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,overall health,social function,mental health,and energy of observationgroup were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The outcome-oriented collaborative optimized nursing model can achieve good nursing effect in patients with diabetes and ketoacidosis,which can significantly improve the patients′ quality of life,and promote recovery.
