摘要
目的:探讨臭氧消毒机联合紫外线照射在降低重症监护室(ICU)床单位菌落数中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年5月—2020年5月ICU收治的88例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采取常规紫外线灯照射消毒,观察组在对照组基础上采用臭氧消毒机消毒。记录并比较两组患者床单位中枕芯、垫絮、床垫和被褥的消毒合格情况,计算消毒前和消毒后48 h每平方厘米的菌落数,统计两组真菌感染率。结果:观察组消毒合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组消毒前床单位用品菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组消毒后床单位用品中每平方厘米的菌落数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组真菌医院感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用臭氧消毒机联合紫外线照射消毒ICU床单位,能最大程度减少床单位菌落数,提高消毒合格率,减少患者真菌感染率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of ozone disinfection machine combined with ultraviolet radiation in reducing the number of colonies per unit bed in an intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 88 patients admitted to the ICU of hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table,with 44 cases in each group.To record and compare the disinfection qualifications of pillows,cushions,mattresses and bedding in the bed units of the two groups of patients,count the number of colonies per cm2 before disinfection and 48 hours after disinfection,and count the fungal infection rates of the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of disinfection in the observation group was higher than the control group,there was significient difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the number of colonies in the unit supplies before disinfection(P>0.05).The number of colonies per square centimeter in the bed unit supplies after disinfection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the fungal nosocomial infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ozone disinfector combined with ultraviolet radiation to disinfect ICU bed units can minimize the number of colonies in bed units,increase the disinfection qualification rate,and reduce the occurrence of fungal infections in patients.
