摘要
凭借经济、高效、对地质条件适应性强等特点,钻爆法在我国交通、水利、水电等行业岩石隧道工程中被广泛应用。有效的施工通风能够降低钻爆法施工产生的烟尘等有毒有害气体,显著改善掌子面的工作环境,但同时也提高了隧道石方开挖的费用。在对隧道施工通风的研究基础上,通过对比分析公路、水利定额消耗量研究施工通风对隧道石方开挖的经济性影响。同时,将研究成果在某引水工程输水隧洞开挖方案比选中进行了实例应用,优化了施工方案,取得了良好的经济效果,可为同类工程参考借鉴。
By virtue of economic,efficient and adaptable characteristics of geological conditions,drill-blasting method in transportation,water conservancy and hydropower industry in China is widely used in Rock Tunnel project.Effective construction ventilation can reduce smoke,dust and toxic gases generated by drilling and blasting construction significantly,and improve the working environment of tunnel face.Meanwhile it increases the costs of tunnel rock excavation.Based on the study of construction ventilation and quotas(transportation and water conservancy industry),comparative analysis is implemented on the effect of construction ventilation on the economical efficiency of tunnel rock excavation.The analytical results is applied on the excavation scheme comparison of water diversion tunnel and achieve good economic results.The analytical results is also practical and helpful to other similar projects.
