摘要
就同一建筑两种不同的结构形式:装配式混凝土结构和传统现浇混凝土结构,通过BIM建模算量,对比分析其工程量差异情况;借助计价软件,采用定额组价方式计算分析建造成本;利用BIM5D技术平台,实现模型、工程量和成本关联,研究分析增量成本。在前述分析总结基础上,假设在设计方案、规范标准、施工方案等条件都不变的前提下,研究相同预制率下不同预制构件之最优经济组合方案和不同预制率下增量成本变化情况,以实现装配式建筑造价成本的合理化管控。
Regarding the two different structural forms of the same building:prefabricated concrete structure and traditional cast-in-place concrete structure,the quantity is calculated through BIM modeling,and the difference in engineering quantity is compared and analyzed.with the help of pricing software,the construction cost is calculated and analyzed by the method of quota group price.Use the BIM5D technology platform to realize the model,engineering quantity and cost correlation,to study and analyze the incremental cost.On the basis of the foregoing analysis and summary,assuming that the design plan,specification standards,construction plan and other conditions are unchanged,to study the optimal economic combination plan of different prefabricated components under the same prefabrication rate and the incremental cost change under different prefabrication rates Circumstances,in order to realize the rational control of the cost of prefabricated buildings.
