摘要
在建设工程项目全生命周期内,质量保修期管控与合同双方利益密切相关。基于业主方视角,结合工作实践,梳理总结工程项目质保期管理存在的主要问题,并提出合理化建议,以期提升工程项目质保整体管理水平。
In the whole life cycle of construction project,the management and control of quality guarantee period is closely related to the interests of both parties.Based on the owner’s perspective,combined with work practice,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the quality guarantee period management of engineering projects,puts forward rationalization proposals,with a view to improving the overall management level of project quality assurance.
