摘要 再沸器又称重沸器,是一种热交换器,用于产生供给精馏塔底部塔盘的蒸汽。来自塔底的液体在换热器中部分蒸发,该换热器通常是管壳式的。加热介质通常是过热蒸汽,但也可使用其他工艺流体。对于再沸器设计,即使有简化的假设,但是没有计算机软件的帮助,也是一项艰巨的任务。基于HTRI软件,结合某工程案例对甲醇精馏塔立式热虹吸式再沸器的设计进行探讨,并对静压头、进出口管径等关键参数进行校核与优化。 The reboiler is a kind of heat exchanger,which is used to produce the steam supplied to the tray at the bottom of the distillation column.The liquid from the bottom of the tower partially evaporates in heat exchanger,which is usually a shell and tube type.The heating medium is usually superheated steam,but other process fluids may be used.Designing a reboiler,even with simplified assumptions and without the help of computer software,is a daunting task.Based on HTRI software and an engineering case,the design of vertical thermosiphon reboiler for methanol rectifying tower is discussed,and the key parameters such as static pressure head,inlet and outlet pipe diameter are checked and optimized.
